Duncan is a senior accredited pastoral supervisor and provides cross-professional supervision on a one to one basis in person or online. At present his work is mainly with church leaders from different theological perspectives and traditions and he is acutely aware of the pressures and challenges faced by them. Duncan was a lawyer and worked for many years with vulnerable people in our society. He is empathetic and gently challenging when appropriate. Duncan provides a safe space for his clients to process their experiences with a view to making good decisions with a renewed clarity of vision and energy.
