Change is upon us. For churches and parishes the disruptions of this era means internal and external pressures for change are more intense and navigating these challenges has never been harder. Complex adaptive problems stretch leader capacities and character and test organisational resilience. Yet the calling of the church in the world has not changed.

This online course, conducted within a supportive cohort, will assist recognised pastoral leaders/clergy to evaluate their critical change challenges, engage with recent organisational change practice and equip with tools and perspectives for faithful and strategic responses.

‘Voices from the Portal: Re-imagining our Post-Pandemic World’ dialogue series in video format.

This ambitious series invited people from diverse backgrounds to come together to reflect on some of the key issues that have been highlighted by the pandemic, looking at we’ve learned, what opportunities have arisen, and what changes we want to see as we move into a ‘new normal’. Events covered: food poverty, racism, community spirit and kindness, the climate crisis, mental health, and the future of religion.
