Ibidun, an accredited pastoral supervisor is a Church of Scotland minister of African descent and a graduate of communication specializing in interpersonal relationship. She also acquired a Masters in both Biblical Counselling and Psychology. With a diploma in pastoral Supervision, her insight into the people helping profession is invaluable. She has worked and lived in several cultures such as Nigeria, Kenya, and Ghana among others. Having worked with families, she brings these experiences into her pastoral supervision as she comes alongside her supervisee. She is also supervised in keeping with her professional standards. She worked for many years in Nigeria discipling and training university students and leaders. A member of the Association of Pastoral Supervisors and Educators (APSE) and qualified pastoral and family counsellor, she is involved in many ways with both the Western and non-western communities. Ibidun obtained her Doctor of Divinity in comparing pastoral counselling between Africa and the West, seeking to understand the factors that account for the variations and differences in both practices. She is an author of two books on leadership in the church.
