Joanne is an experienced pastoral supervisor, executive coach, and professional counsellor with nearly 30 years experience in ministry. Her work is deeply rooted in theological, reflective practice, shaped by her diverse roles in parish ministry –in rural linkages and urban contexts – and healthcare chaplaincy. She brings a rich understanding of the complexities and joys of ministry. She offers 1 to 1 and group supervision to clergy, healthcare professionals, and educators.
Joanne describes pastoral supervision as a sacred gift: a reflective space where individuals can explore their ministry, gain fresh insights, and be renewed for the journey ahead. She considers it a privilege to accompany supervisees, valuing their innate wisdom as they discern what matters most in their ministry. Her approach is grounded in the belief that supervision is both resilience-building and transformative. It enables individuals to act from a place of God’s loving presence and to sustain hope in those they serve.
