As a recently retired parish minister I am well aware of the challenges and the joys of ministry. MDC is a great opportunity to get everything into perspective, to reflect on the past, take stock of the present and to look to the future positively. Ministers need this chance to remember their calling and to renew their God-given vision for ministry. To do that needs a confidential safe space, a listening ear and quality time, which I am happy to offer.
