International Women’s Day (IWD) is held on March 8th 2022, and this year’s theme is #BreakTheBias. Whilst women have made substantial gains in representation in the past decade, a gender-equal world is still a long way off.
IWD is a great opportunity to celebrate women’s achievements past and present whilst sending out a call to action to help build a world free from bias and discrimination. A world where what makes us uniquely us is lifted up.
