Holocaust Memorial 2024 small grant application form

Dear Members of Interfaith Scotland and Local Interfaith Groups,

With Scottish Interfaith Week 2023 a fantastic success (in no small measure because of many of you) we now turn our attention to the next big important event for our Interfaith calendars – Holocaust Memorial Day 2024.

With the rise in anti-Semitism and Islamophobia it is more critical than ever to deeply understand where hatred can lead and remember those who suffered in the Holocaust and subsequent genocides. We are therefore once again offering a small grant fund to our member faith communities and our local interfaith groups in Scotland to host memorial gatherings across the country (see attached application form).

Grant Size: £100 to £500

Application Deadline: 9 January 2024

Please note that this fund will be distributed on a first come first serve basis. We may close the funding application before the stated deadline when the funds are fully allocated.

The theme this year is The Fragility of Freedom and below is a link to the Holocaust Memorial Day Trust’s information and resources linked to theme.

We look forward to hearing from you – kindest regards Maureen
