Eleanor McMahon has been a minister for over 20 years, and is now a member of the interim/transition ministry team.

Eleanor believes that it is vital to the future of our congregations that our ministers and mission development workers are well selected, trained and supported for the challenges that face our church today. Eleanor brings to the role a wide experience of working in various ministry settings; priority area, urban and rural settings. She understands the issues faced at the coal face of ministry, and having worked both in ministry teams and as a sole practitioner, believes that fulfilled, valued and supported ministers help energize their congregations. Eleanor is a member of the Coaching Team, a trained mediator with Place for Hope and a facilitator with the recently introduced MDC.

Beyond the pulpit and the committee room, Eleanor likes gentle gardening, holidays in Cornwall and coffee with friends.
