Ministry has always been demanding. The pandemic has made it all the more so. MDC is an opportunity to pause, understand what has happened and think about going forward. In recent months I have facilitated a number of MDCs over Zoom and, to my surprise, discovered that it works very well - in some ways better than in person ones. Please get in touch if you’d like me to facilitate a MDC for you. We can do it over Zoom or face-to-face.
