Step back, recharge, and be re-envisioned to take the lead in your workplace.
You’re invited to the inaugural Emerging Leaders Alumni retreat at Launde Abbey, nestled in the scenic Leicestershire countryside. Join with friends old and new from prior Emerging Leaders cohorts, enjoy a chill weekend, and get fresh inspiration for the work God has called you to.
We’re thrilled that Mark Greene will join us, bringing his wealth of expertise on workplace discipleship to the forefront. Mark’s sessions will take us into the Bible to help us discover what godly leadership looks like when work is at its most complicated and challenging.
As well as teaching ‘from the front’, there’ll be time to connect with fellow Emerging Leaders in action learning groups. Together, you’ll workshop the real, specific leadership challenges you’re facing in your jobs. Helping one another, you’ll examine each other’s case studies and share ideas in response, and grow your relationship as peers on the same journey.
There’ll also be plenty of opportunity to explore the grounds, relax with a book, or go for a walk (weather permitting!). This is as much about getting some space as it is about getting some training.
The ticket cost covers accommodation and meals from Friday dinner to Saturday dinner inclusive (if you need to leave before the meal on Saturday, you can take your food away as a packed dinner). We don’t want cost to be an obstacle – get in touch at emergingleaders@licc.org.uk if you’d like to discuss bursary options.
Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If registrations are full, you can join our waitlist to secure a spot if any become available.
We look forward to seeing you there!
