Join Amy Summerfield- CEO Kyria Network and Lisa Leonce- Kyria Diversity and Inclusion Director via Zoom for an inspiring and informative night on Leadership and Menopause.

Good strides have been taken to greater understand and support women’s health in the area of menopause and perimenopause, but much more needs to be done. This leadership focus is a opportunity to be listen, learn and contribute in a women-only safe space.

We are also looking to extend the conversation in the future to our male conterparts, as we recognise that this is a key conversation for all those in leadership regardless of gender. Arianna Walker – “Leading through menopause”- Practical tips and wisdom on leading effectively for yourself and in your leadership environments 

Arianna Walker is the CEO of Mercy UK, a Christian mental health charity. Having played a leading role in pioneering Mercy UK from its earliest beginnings in 2006, Arianna now oversees the charity’s continued development across the UK and Europe. She has over 25 years’ experience in developing people, leading teams and coaching individuals- especially in the area of mental, emotional and spiritual health and well-being. Arianna regularly speaks at conferences both nationally and internationally, provides personal consultancy and coaching services, and has authored several books. She is a qualified teacher (B.Ed.Hons) a MHFA mental health first aider, and is currently completing her British Psychological Society (BPS) accredited MSc. Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing.

Cheraine Ncube is an award winning entrepreneur with over 14 years worth of HR experience, and has scaled teams from some of the world’s leading hospitality companies. Having been voted Top 20 Female Force 2020, being a Certified HBDI Practitioner Behavioural Change Guide, and
been chosen as a Best Places to Work organisation, she holds herself to a high standard and has a passion for Learning &
Development, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion, Company Culture and Team Engagement.
She has built and delivered successful people strategies for the likes of Hilton, PPHE, IHG, sbe Lifestyle Hospitality, and Sea Containers London.
Cheraine’s love and passion for humanity drives her to want to help people become the best versions of themselves, so in-
turn, becoming more engaged and productive professionals & organisations.

 Dr Vikram Talaulikar-  Contributing thoughts on Menopause and complex situations (cancer, MS, epilepsy)  and HRT prescribing, trouble shooting and monitoring tips/Best practice.

Dr Vikram Talaulikar is a Specialist in Reproductive Medicine at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Hon. Associate Professor in Women’s Health at the University College London.
He graduated in medicine in India in 2003 and completed postgraduate degree in obstetrics and gynaecology in 2007.
He is a fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and completed PhD degree at St. George’s University of London in 2016.
His clinical interests include reproductive endocrinology, polycystic ovary syndrome, recurrent miscarriage, premature ovarian insufficiency, and
menopause.He is a certified ‘menopause specialist’ by the British Menopause Society. He has published widely in Reproductive Medicine and Menopause. He is a member of the British Fertility Society, European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology, British Menopause Society, and International Menopause Society.
He runs a busy menopause and PCOS clinic at UCLH and Menopause Clinic London on Harley Street. He is a Principal trainer for FSRH Menopause SS module and a trainer for BMS principles and practice of menopause care programme.
