About the Event

UCAN is delighted to be offering another opportunity to undertake their Area Training Day: Amplify Your Impact – this time online!

Hosted over 2 consecutive mornings (Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th), Amplify Your Impact is aimed at all those working in church administration and operations. Across the 2 sessions, we will be exploring how administrative functions can be aligned and optimised to have the greatest impact on our church’s Wildly Important Goals. Led by Dr Jules Morgan, UCAN Director, Head of People & Operations at BRF Ministries, Partner at GiANT London Consulting and former Executive Director of New Wine.

Our programme will cover:

1. Amplify Your Impact – individual impact
2. Amplify Our Impact – team impact
3. Amplify The Impact – task impact

Come to talk about time management, implementation, evaluation, effective workflows, and cohesive team. How can we identify what is the best use of our time, and provide the most administrative value? How can we Amplify our Impact?

The day will be packed full of shared wisdom, practical tools, and know-how.

Networking
There will be opportunities to network with other church administrators via break out rooms.

Logistics:
Zoom information will be sent out closer to the time.
Please arrive promptly each morning for a 9.30am start.
We will provide a PDF workbook which you may wish to print prior to the sessions.
A recording of the sessions will be shared after the event.

Please note you only need to sign up and pay once (£32 or £50) and you will be automatically signed up to both of the days

Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Any cancellation requests for any reason will be refunded in full up to one month before the event.
