Updated information on support for Church of Scotland email addresses.
Support for email difficulties during standard office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) is provided by our IT Services: 0131 240 2245 or itsupport@churchofscotland.org.uk
If you have any difficulties outside of normal office hours, you can log into Mimecast site. This will give you access to all standard email features. You can access this service by going to https://login.mimecast.com and use your normal email/password to login (leaving the centre box as ‘Domain’). This will log you into your email client.
Issues which cannot be resolved outside of office hours, you can leave a voicemail on 0131-240-2245 to request support. This will be responded to on the next working day.
Previously we had a provided an additional out of hours support service but due to a very small level of demand and associated costs, this service has been discontinued.
